Cancellations and No Shows
Training programs can be paid for before arrival. If you need to change your scheduled session date or time, please do so 24 hours before the session.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If Nikao Working K9's, LLC cancels your session due to unexpected weather conditions, you will not be charged for the missed session. Your session will be rescheduled for a later date via phone call, text message or email. Due to weather related factors, these notifications may be last minute.
Other Cancellations
Occasionally Nikao Working K9's, LLC, could cancel sessions due to unexpected circumstances. Your session will be rescheduled for a later date via phone call, text message or email. You will not be charged for the canceled session.
Children
Under 10 years: Children are allowed to observe, with an extra adult present.
11–15 year olds are allowed to handle a dog with an adult present.
Children must always stay with their parents.
Children must not enter the kennel area.
Children must not run inside the facility.
16 and over are allowed to attend training sessions without an adult present.
Liability Waiver
All adult participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to starting training. If a child under 18 is handling a dog, the parent must sign the liability waiver on their behalf. A copy of our liability waiver can be found on our website.
Covid-19 Precautions
The health of our clients and our family is our top priority. In an effort to keep everybody safe, we have set certain precautions:
If you have been in contact with someone sick, please call to reschedule your session.
If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, please call to have your session rescheduled. You will not be charged for any cancellations related to Covid-19 or other sicknesses.
Masks are at participants discretion but are not a requirement.
Social distancing is done in our facility when appropriate.
Hand Sanitation is available in the training room.
