I authorize Nikao Working K9’s, LLC permission to capture my image and likeness as well as my dog’s image in photographs, videos, and recordings, or any other media.  I further authorize Nikao Working K9’s, LLC permission to use such images in publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, social media, promotions or other electronic displays and educational material. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the image by Nikao Working K9’s, LLC prior to its use.
